3D-Scanning
Rotatic has capacity to perform 3D-scanning with high precision to 0.02mm accuracy on object sizes up to 4m and anlyze the result. Commonly used to identify relative positions, reverse engineering, evaluate wear and damages... And much more.
Spare parts
We can provide reverse engineering, material analysis and arrange for manufacturing; often with attractive lead times. The bolts and nuts in the picture are high temperature bolts (X19CrMoNbVN11-1) measured, designed, manufactured and delivered within a few days.

Electrical measurements
Smaller motors (up to 1kV) can be measured by our engineers during a short stop. For your generator we provide specialists to perform the measurements, if need be also setup constant measurement equipment and provide quarterly reports. (E.g. PD-Measurement).
Refurbishment of electrical motors and generators
We offer the whole set: complete refurbishment of electrical motors AC/DC, rewinding, measurements etc. All with complete reports, and up to very large equipment sizes.
